We believe in the power of speech and the positive impact it can have on others. We focus on working with speakers who influence their audiences to live healthy, happier and more successful lives, going above and beyond for each client and achieving excellence in all they do while making the world a better place. We have high standards and think you should too! Each of our speakers is hand-selected and are those who have invested the time, energy and talent into mastering their speaking craft and delivering impactful customized messages.
Through our speaker coaching and consulting programs, we are on a mission to encourage more diverse and impactful voices to be shared from the main stage by helping the next generation of thought leaders create compelling keynotes and workshops.

Our Story
Originally hailing from the west coast of Canada, a natural connector, community builder and people lover, Founder, Tami Adams started TA Speakers Management in Sept. 2020 right in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Having worked for one of Canada’s largest speaker agencies for 10+ years, circumstances aligned and she had the opportunity to create an incredible boutique speaker management agency.
The skills, knowledge and insights she gained over the years to super-serve her clients pair perfectly with her love for the spoken word, and that is how TA Speakers Management was born!
Tami’s knack for people and unparalleled energy and passion for impact led her to hand-selecting professional keynote speakers who inspire and transform their audiences while leaving them with tangible tools to use in their personal and professional lives.

Lucia Al-Zaiatova
Event & Talent Operations Manager
Lucia has over 20 years of professional experience. Her journey started in admin in the insurance industry, followed by event management in the hospitality industry. She has worked in EA, CSR, Team Leadership, Event and Operations Management, Logistical Planning and Project Management.
Her creative outlook and passion for procedures, processes and love for technology make Lucia uniquely qualified for her work.

Stephanie Hiltz
Speaker Matchmaker & Event Specialist
Stephanie brings decades of event experience, from conferences and full-scale trade shows to boutique events across Canada. Having spent years on the planner side of the table, she understands that finding the right speaker is about more than matching a topic to an agenda. She digs beyond the brief to understand the audience, the goals and the experience you want to create. Then she helps find the speaker who truly fits. Because the right speaker doesn’t just fit the agenda. They make the event memorable.

Jarryd McDonald builds brands people choose. He is the founder of Culture Cartel, the Toronto marketing agency behind TA Speakers Management’s website, social and email, and a big-brand marketer who has run complex multi-brand portfolios across automotive, agriculture, mobility, fintech and entertainment, including Kubota, Polaris, Club Car and The Toro Company.
