“Gregg’s use of humour to approach challenging topics made the keynote relatable and relevant”

Gregg Brown

Organizational Change Innovator, Future of Work Strategist, Social Change Pioneer

Gregg’s career working with people, began when he was 10 years old. He sat his friends down at a chalkboard to teach them math. NOT one of his strongest subjects.

Throughout his teens, he taught canoeing and crafts at summer camp. He did much better there.

Surviving all that, over 30 years ago, Gregg was part of the groundbreaking team that opened the first wave of Starbucks stores in Canada.

To further sharpen his skills and understand how people tick, Gregg worked with prisoners in maximum security federal penitentiaries and pioneered numerous social change programs in the community.

Jumping into the organizational world, improving how we work together and how we think, has been at the core of Gregg’s work since then. As work is where we spend most of our time!

NOW: As an in-demand speaker and advisor, Gregg engages people all over the planet to build the courage to wade into the never-ending waves of change.

These audiences include Fortune 500 companies, governments, not-for-profits, to international humanitarian organizations. Gregg volunteers and mentors entrepreneurs ranging from youth to veterans, as he believes small businesses and entrepreneurs build community and create opportunities for people to express their creativity in the world.

His ideas on change, leadership, and the future of work are in Forbes, Newsweek, Rolling Stone, and Entrepreneur, amongst others. Gregg holds a Master`s of Social Science Degree from the University of Leicester in the UK, with a focus on organizational psychology, leadership and performance and is an Associate Member of the American Psychological Association.
